With the WiFi-enabled mobile app, control your chiller from anywhere — adjust temperatures, set schedules, and monitor performance from your smartphone. Built-in ozone sanitation, filtration, and strainer simplify maintenance and keep your water crystal clear. Designed for seamless integration with all Dynamic Cold Therapy tubs.

Limited Warranty

Dynamic Cold Therapy tubs and chillers are covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase. Coverage applies to the original purchaser only. Proof of purchase is required for warranty service.

Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, improper installation, or normal wear. Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with warranty claims.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
• The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
• Damage or issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
• The product is returned within 30 days of delivery
• The item is unused and includes all original packaging and accessories
• A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number has been obtained prior to return

Used or installed products cannot be returned unless defective upon arrival.

Return Fee Structure

New, Never Opened (original packaging intact):
• Original outbound shipping charge applies
• Return inbound charge: 120% of the outbound shipping amount

New, Opened/Assembled, Never Used (original packaging required):
• Original outbound shipping charge applies
• Return inbound charge: 120% of the outbound shipping amount
• 25% restocking fee based on product price

Opened, Assembled, and Used:
• No return accepted

Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled before shipment for a full refund.
• Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
• Once shipped, cancellations are not possible — the return process above applies.

Refund Processing

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned product has been received at the warehouse and inspected.
• All shipping, handling, and restocking fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
